    1. The fantastic story of the Blue Crystal continues with True Blue, book 2. This is another delightful read as we follow Emily’s adventure with Theo. As she already knows too much about the crystal she must undergo an initiation ceremony and become an immortal herself, otherwise she could face death by those who protect it to ensure that it doesn’t fall into the wrong hands! The story is split into three parts: teenage life, disappearance and rescue. The first section has a lighter, relaxing fe [...]

    2. Wow what a great follow up to the first book in this trilogy! I read that one just over a year ago and it was quite the find for an avid reader of paranornal book! With a great new twist a in depth characters you feel like you know I absolutely fell in love with it then and with this addition to the trilogy it has made it even better!Emily is going to be changed at the new moon events have happened in a way that makes it impossible for her not to be, good thing this is what she wants. Or is it? [...]

    3. True Blue is book two of a trilogy, its set in a english village where there's some interesting characthers living, not all of them supernatural! If you enjoyed Blue Moon, you will absolutely love this book, so much happens, lots of twists and turns but at the centre of the book is Emily and Theo and their love for each other.I loved Seth in this book, he was comical and really entertaining. When reading the book I felt like I was watching a movie as I could picture everythiing going on, thats the [...]

    4. I WAS GIVEN THIS BOOK FOR AN HONEST REVIEW AND THIS IS MY HONEST OPINIONANOTHER TERRIFFIC BOOK FOR PAT SPENCEEP THEM COMING !!! Well book 2 doesn't fail you, even more interesting then the first one. Take all the excitement of the first one and start adding to it as new things are added, multiple kinds of shifters, subterranean cathedral, magic crystal, old coffins, magic powers, centuries of bodies, a supernatural sect. Still their is Badru head of the Lunari, who seems to pop up and change thin [...]

    5. True Blue,' is an absolutely brilliant follow up to 'Blue Moon.' It is heart wrenching, poignant and quite frankly spell binding. What I liked the most is that the characters still have very complex but also compelling ties to each other, the plot is still as action paced and enthralling as the first. Emily, (the main protagonist), has to make a life changing decision. She needs to decide if she could spend the rest of her life with Theo, but is that really what she really wants? She then has th [...]

    6. ALLURING SECRETS - AND DANGERThe de Lucis family guard a secret so alluring that others will stop at nothing to steal it. Drawn into the family by her love for Theo de Lucis, 17 year old Emily is placed in mortal danger. Not only must she save her best friends, but her own life and even Theo's hang in the balance. Holy water and urban angels simply aren't enough to combat the ancient evil that threatens them.Pat Spence's second supernatural thriller ratchets up the tension - and even when the ba [...]

    7. By the time I started True Blue by Pat Spence, I was expecting there to be more action and fighting than there was. There were only a couple of chapters that dealt with action and defending themselves against the Dark Angel. It was a tad disappointing that there wasn't more to the fighting. Please check out my blog bookcrazylady/201
