    1. 3.5*The first book I read by this author was Promises, Duke's story and I loved Duke and while he obviously found his HEA I wasn't happy that he'd been deserted and hurt by Judge. So I paused before starting this. I've become addicted to this series but I wasn't sure how I was going to cope with Judge. I took a short break, read a different book and then held my breath and started.Surprisingly I found that I actually liked Judge and while we see him with Duke it's obvious he's not committed (he n [...]

    2. I said I'd take a break from this author. I had a relapse this weekend. I'm sorry.Basically, I don't have anything to say. But Michaels, my mant some help for your anger issues.

    3. ***3.5 Stars***My previous read was a little too lite on the steam for me, so I was in the mood for some good ol' hot sex.Did this book deliver?I loved Austin and Judge's fight for dominance and control. They definitely fit together well since both men love a good challenge. Each provided the perfect balance of what the other needed.Unfortunately, as with A.E. Via's other books, there are some serious editing issues here. For an author whose series is full of police officers, detectives, militar [...]

    4. *** This is an intensely sexual, hot, raw, powerful story, with dirty talk, roughness; and filled with action packed danger ! *** Judge is a 6'3" Bounty Hunter, who's a bear with long black hair and a beard. At 42, he has some gray hair, and travels with "Bookem", a huge Great Dane that is strong, fit and fierce.Austin Michaels, 6'1", 27, and a detective/sniper with the notorious Narcotics Squad. He loves his job, but is a loner. These men are on the good side of the law, but are as tough as any [...]

    5. Probably my favorite in this series so far. It would have been a 5 star read, if it weren't for all the police procedure fails, and a timeline that makes my head hurt. How long can one guy play college football?

    6. This book works as a standalone, but if you’ve been reading the series, you will remember Austin Michaels as the eager, young officer trying to land a spot on God’s task force in the previous book, Here Comes Trouble. Three years later he is a full member of the team, acting as their sniper. Although he’s found happiness in his work life, Michaels is lonely and wants what so many others on the team have found. It’s getting harder for him to be around the men with their significant others [...]

    7. Really enjoyed this series and flipped on the last page ! Thank heavens we get another taste, even if it wasn't intended. Michaels & Judge were put together to bring in a drug runner & murderer. Both guys had issues, wants and serious vulnerabilities- both afraid to take a risk and fall in love. Of course after a taste of each other they both realized their lives had changed. Again having all of the team involved made for a great story and I especially loved the epilogue. Would love to s [...]

    8. 1.5 Spelling-challenged stars (rounded down to 1.0)It's hard to rate this book because, frankly, the absence of any competent editing sorely detracted from the story. This book was RIDDLED with grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors. I couldn't read but two pages without encountering an error. There was a ghost of a plot that was grossly overshadowed by copious amounts of dive-motel sex. And lastly, what little plot there was suffered from inconsistencies. Bottom line: I am a fan of A.E. [...]

    9. 4.5 Stars!!DON’T JUDGE is the first book I have read by A.E. Via and it is spectacular! Two Alphas together in a fabulously dirty romance? Yes, please! I peeked at some of the reviews for this book and noted that early copies from had some editing issues. Rest assured, all of that has been corrected.I have not read the other books in this series and DON’T JUDGE can absolutely be read as a standalone. I actually enjoyed the police-procedure talk because there is plenty of HAWT male-on-male a [...]

    10. - untreated anger management problem from michaels. - editing was cray-cray. i just can't. - day was still adorable but the story just made him look like a stupid goofball with all the disparaging remarks against him esp coming from cray-cray psycho michaels. i get it that the respect was still there but some words for me just doesn't cut it. - syn / furi - uh. michaels - whatever. - michaels was likable in the last installment but wth. ugh. - curtis and genesis. sugar-cane flavored puke all ove [...]

    11. 3,5 stars.Don't Judge is definitely the best story of the series so far and Austin and Judge together are hot as hell. The editing, though is by far the worst I've seen in a while. My eyes are still hurting.

    12. Added 6/29/2015: A few reviews on state that somehow uploaded the wrong version of the book. I'm not clear at this point if the book will be "updated" through Kindle or if I have to request the correct version. My rating will be higher if the editing issues are resolved. 6/28:2.5????I'm conflicted about this book. How do you separate the story from the editing when the editing makes a severely negative impact on the ability to enjoy the story? I like this author. I've loved every character she [...]

    13. 3 words for you…READISOKA.E. does alphas like it is what her life was put on this planet for. Michaels was an amazing surprise. Not only did you get a power top alpha, you got an even better power bottom. He could flip it like I have NEVER seen before. *fans entire body*I’m telling youAH-MAZING. The first few chapters, AE had me guessing. I was like, “OH there’s the other MC, nope…it’s just Furi.”“Ohhhh, a sexy boxer?, NOPE, just some d-bag” LOL I was so anxious to get to Judge [...]

    14. This rating is strictly for the rating itself. If I was rating it based on the editing & proofreading then it'll been 2 stars. Seeing as I think I might have a revised edition I rated this solely based on the characters and events regarding the story. Thank goodness it was not a sap vest like the last book. I mean come on, these are all Alpha men but the last book was ridiculous. And yet, I continue on reading them. I wonder what that says about me. I enjoyed Austin & Judge, happy that s [...]

    15. Re-read getting ready for Book 5Mmmm, Judge is the sexiest MC of this series. If only he'd make Austin call him Daddy, he would be perfect. This is also my favorite book of the series. Michaels is pretty much unrecognizable from his appearance in Book 3. The sex in this one was off the charts hot. And that shower scene. Yowza!Only one IT guy sighting in this one and I have no idea if it is the MC from book 5. No descriptions. Just Austin calling him a smarty-pants. I also forgot that we didn't g [...]

    16. Notes :- Seriously. I don't want to see my MC having sex with o/m. On page! Ew, Wtf? Okay, the MC's hadn't met yet. So I guess I have to let it slide?- Whoa Angry rough sex. Me likey!- I cried when Judge going bat-shit crazy and broke up with Austin. Thank goodness it's not for long.- I can't wait for the next book!

    17. 2.5 Stars! The story was good, I liked the pacing, the characters , banter, action scenes and the pretty explosive sexy times. ;)If it hadn't been for the absolutely HORRENDOUS editing, this book would've easily gotten a 4 star rating. Too bad it did and I can't in good conscience overlook that level of error especially in a book being sold. Nope. Can't do it.

    18. I can't tell you why I love this series so much. Really, I can't figure it out myself. Sometimes, books like these are all I can handle. Tough alpha male cop dramas. They're fun and fast. This one was no different, and she left me dying for the next one.

    19. UPDATE 7/28: As I have received a corrected version (even though there is still weird white highlighted sections and bold italic sections) I have changed my rating from a 2 to a 5. Although still curious about the other 3 UPDATE 7/28: Please visit A.E Via page apparently screwed the pooch on this! Correct copy is still to be loaded but she said she would email out corrected copies!7/25: While I absolutely adore this author and series I HATE PAYING $6.99 FOR BAD EDITING!!!Seriously this has gott [...]

    20. Shit this book was HAWT !!! We have met Michaels in the previous book and I was very happy, that he got his own story. Judge was an oke character, but Michaelsah I liked him best !!Judge was a bit of an assholeough he did try to make up for his mistake.I am still a bit pissed with him though ! If you like reading about two delicious alpha men going at ityou should give this one a try. It was a slow burn with an explosive end :) 4 stars from med I loved the dog !!

    21. DNF@88%So this book is offensive as shit. I don't think an author who is promoting a modern cabin with a rough outlook should use Bipolar disease as an offensive slur. Like it's really not okay! Also, this story had so many errors in the department of emotional construct that I had to leave as soon as I flipped towards the I love yous. The only thing the story had was okay sex scenes and apart from that, I cringed through most of it. So, yeah not interested. Thanks but no thanks!

    22. 3.5 Stars2 Stars (Nov 4 '15)I re-read this and my comments below and really 3.5 stars is extremely generous. This is a 2 star read at best.First let me say I love this series. I'm invested in the characters and have read Nothing Special what feels like a thousand times, with Here Comes Trouble coming in at a close 999 times and last and ok slightly least Embracing His Syn a whooping 998 times.I had to take away stars for a couple of reasons but mainly the editing.what happened here? I found myse [...]

    23. I have to say that I'm really disappointed in that book, and not because of the editing since English is not my native language I tend to notice less these kind of things. I'm a huge fan of AE Via, I have all her other books and I love them ! I read them multiple times but I just didn't enjoy Don't Judge. Michaels was so different from Here Comes Trouble; he was this young, fun, kinda naive guy and ended up being depressed with anger management. I just don't get what happened. I kinda like Judge [...]

    24. The sex people, the sex! Too many editing errors for 5 stars, but I really did like this one.Buttons pushed: 1. Angry sex.2. Rough sex.3. Passionate make-up sex.4. Dirty talk.5. Power bottoms.6. Power tops.7. Alpha males.8. HEA. Recommended.

    25. 3.5 StarsI enjoyed this installment (far more once I received the edited version).Note: If you're reading a Kindle version you bought from , make sure to contact A.E. Via and her team to get the right version. 's being a little slow in updating (as of 6/30/2015 it's still not fixed). The first half of the book was a little slow for me and contained a big pet peeve in a romance novel: on page sex with someone else. However! Neither of the MC's had met, so it wasn't any kind of deal breaker, but I [...]

    26. Every book in this series gets better and better! In Don't Judge, we have Michaels, who we have met in the other books. He sees everyone around him happy and in love and just wants that for himself too. During a bust, a suspect gets away and God has to call in his friend Judge to help. Michaels blames himself and decides he wants to partner up with Judge to bring the suspect down.Judge and Michaels do not want to be paired up but they have no choice. While together you see the attraction between [...]

    27. Head and shoulders better than the previous books, plot-wise! Sure there was the customary strong, taciturn, manly man throwing a really stupid tantrum, the miffed lover and the oh-so-supportive friends cocking their metaphoric guns before the hopeful lothario, but at least those two came to their senses and did something that could almost pass as TALKING (between, y'know, strong, taciturn, manly men of course). Otherwise, as expected; this had lots of sex, heartache and melodrama - and a rather [...]

    28. Michaels and Judge Yum!! I loved these too. Gotta love Book also ;-) So glad they got their HEA and I loved seeing everyone else.
